Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! All of our products are carefully made, packed, and shipped with the goal of getting your 3D printed items to you safely and quickly.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after your order is placed.
Because our products are 3D printed, some items may require additional production time depending on size, color, order volume, or customization. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer to produce.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and shipping destination.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Many of our 3D printed products are made to order. Small layer lines, minor surface variations, or slight color differences may occur due to the nature of 3D printing. These are normal and make each item unique.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be changed or canceled before production or shipping has started. Once an item is being printed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
